Hart Weatherford - President/Senior Loan Consultant
Hart Weatherford is the founder of Farmington Financial Group, LLC. He has personally originated and closed over $350 million in mortgage loans in his career.
For the last 10 years Hart Weatherford has been one of the top producing loan officers in the Southeast. His ability to work with clients of varying backgrounds sets Hart apart from the competition. His focus on the customers financial goals along with his extensive knowledge of the mortgage banking industry have set Hart apart in an ever changing lending environment. Hart prides himself on creating raving fans of each and every customer and helping families realize their dream of homeownership.
In his first year in the mortgage industry, Hart was recognized nationally as the “Rookie of the year” by Mortgage Originator magazine. Since, he has consistently been a “Diamond” and “Platinum” awards of excellence winner by the Mortgage Bankers Association. In 2004 he was also one of 32 people named nationally to the Mortgage Bankers Association “Future Leaders of America”.
Hart is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. He currently lives in Nashville with his wife, Beth, and his son, Hart, Jr.

Billy Hamburg - Senior Loan Consultant
A Nashville native,Billy received his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University, later earning his Master’s from Belmont University. He has over 8 years experience in sales and marketing. Billy started his career working for the Vanderbilt Athletic Department helping to raise money for student-athlete scholarships. In 2002, Billy joined Franklin American Mortgage and quickly became one of Nashville’s top loan consultants. From 2005 to 2008, he worked for the largest mortgage lender in the US, Countrywide Home Loans and in June of 2008 he joined the Farmington Financial Team.
In 2007, Billy received the Nashville Mortgage Bankers Association Diamond Award of Excellence along with a Platinum Award in 2006 and a Gold Award in 2004 and 2005. Billy has been involved with the Young Leaders Council, Phoenix Club and Sarah Cannon Cancer Center Board.
Billy lives in Nashville with his beautiful wife Caroline and their daughter Montgomery Cate.

Kelly Delaney - Loan Consultant
Kelly has over eight years experience in the mortgage business. She is experienced in all types of mortgage financing but specializes in first time homebuyers. Kelly takes pride in walking every customer through the mortgage process so they feel as comfortable as possible. Kelly believes that communication and honesty are the keys to making her clients happy. Kelly received gold medal awards from the Nashville Mortgage Bankers Association in 2007 and 2006. She is a graduate of Ball State University in Muncie Indiana with a BS in Marketing. Originally from a small town in Indiana, Kelly has lived in Nashville since 1997. She is married to Doug and has three children, Everett, Lily and Sam. She is a member of the Cathedral of the Incarnation and is actively involved with her children’s schools.
Cherith Hibbs - Loan Consultant
Cherith Hibbs is a loan officer with Farmington Financial Group, LLC. She received a Bachelors of Arts Degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where she attended on full scholarship and graduated Cum Laude in 1995. Cherith served for many years on the faculties of both Belmont and Trevecca Universities. After a very fulfilling career in teaching and performing, Cherith decided to take her career to the next level and transferred into the mortgage industry several years ago. She will find the custom loan for you that will meet your financial needs and fit your lifestyle and budget. Her thorough knowledge of the mortgage industry will save you exponentially in both money and time. She will educate you every step of the way so you will feel comfortable with your loan process from your very first conversation to the closing table, guiding you through whatever obstacles may arise. Cherith is an active member of GracePointe Church in Brentwood, TN, where she regularly serves in the children’s ministry. She has also served on the KidzPraise staff of The People’s Church in Franklin, TN for the past 6 years. Cherith is married to Shawn, who works in the banking/financial industry. Together they live in Franklin, TN and have three hilarious and amazing children, ages 10, 9, and 6. The Hibbs family also has a 2 pound Chihuahua named Izzy and a Boxer named Tank. She is an accomplished pianist, avid reader, and enjoys cooking, swimming, and traveling with her family.

Wayne Mayo - Loan Consultant
Wayne brings to Farmington 15 years of experience in the loan industry as a municipal bond underwriter and trader at investment banks , where he took part in the financing of the Sommet Center, home of the Nashville Predators, and LP Field, where the Tennessee Titans play. As a trader Wayne interacted with individual and institutional clients including municipal governments, commercial banks, and insurance companies. Wayne believes in building long-term relationships based on honesty and trust and considers his clients partners in deciding the best mortgage financing options for their budget and lifestyle. He is excited about being part of a smaller firm with a family atmosphere that enables him to provide superior personal service to customers as they make some of their most important investment decisions.
Wayne graduated from Vanderbilt and lives in Nashville with his two kids, Maddie, 8, and Will, 4. He is involved in his community with school activities and enjoys coaching his children’s sports teams. He enjoys running marathons as well as outdoor sports of all kinds.

Rich Storey - Loan Consultant
Rich Storey is dedicated to a superior level of client relations. After finishing school at Western Kentucky University he moved to Birmingham AL in February of 2000 and began his career in finance with AmSouth Bank. His time spent as branch manager with both AmSouth and Bank of America taught Rich valuable lessons in the areas of bank operations and customer service. Much of his success in the world of finance is directly attributable to his desire to be a trusted advisor to his clients.
In August of 2005 Rich left the coporate world of banking and took a position with Legacy Financial Partners as a senior mortgage advisor. After 3 1/2 years of growing his client base, Rich finds himself in a position with Farmington Financial to really take his role as mortgage advisor to the next level.
He has lived here in Nashville since 2004 with his wife Angela and son Watson.

Renea Veach - Office Manager
Renea Veach is the Office Operations Manager for Farmington Financial and handles the day to day operations of the business office. Renea has-been in office management roles for over 15 years and has a wide knowledge of many different industries including the mortgage industry for several years. Renea is the person who takes care of the loan process on the front and back end of every mortgage loan and is Hart Weatherford's personal assistant who assists him with every one of his personal loans.
Renea resides in White Bluff; 1N with her husband Gary and their three children ages 6,9 and 17 along with their family dogs; an American Bulldog named Nemo and Micka a Lab/Collie. Renea and her family are crazy Vanderbilt fans and attend very regularly football, basketball and baseball games. She is an active member at First Baptist Church, Dickson where she serves on several committee's; the children's music ministry team and an active member of the adult choir. Renea spends her time away from the office on the baseball field with her sons or getting her oldest ready for college. She enjoys quiet time on her front porch swing and listening to classical music.

Rhoyce Sloan - Mortgage Loan Processor
Rhoyce Sloan became Farmington Financial Group's processor in April 2006. She began processing manufactured home loans at Conseco Finance in 2000 before moving to 1st Trust Bank for Savings, aka Magna Bank, where she realized her full potential processing
full conventional, FHA, VA and THDA loans. After a brief stay at Mortgage Investors Group, she found her true fit here at Farmington Financial Group. With her need to assist borrowers in every aspect of the mortgage process, she is readily available to help her
customers with whatever needs arise.
